To our palate, the Peñasco is a study in restraint and depth — smoke that doesn't overpower, mineral structure, and a finish that lingers with dried fruit and earth.
This is a bottle for slow sipping, not for mixing. If you've been exploring mezcal and want to try something more serious, it's a good place to look.
