Alexis Hudon 'Groseille' VdF Rouge

Another fun one from Alexis Hudon in the Loire. Groseille is a light, fresh red made from Grolleau Noir, a variety that thrives in the region but rarely gets the spotlight. Think juicy red fruit, currant, a touch of earthiness, and enough freshness to make it dangerously easy to drink. Low intervention, minimal fuss, meant to be cracked open and enjoyed. Chill it down slightly and pour freely.
