The Bachelor is a curated tasting kit built around a 187ml bottle of Prosecco and 30 grams of Polanco Siberian Reserve caviar, plus accompaniments designed to bracket the full spectrum of salt, fat, and effervescence. This is not a gift basket — it's a deliberate pairing exercise in miniature, anchored by sturdy caviar and a half-bottle of Italian sparkling wine. The kit includes a spoon, 1.5 ounces of Ibérico ham, and a single-serving bag of Lay's Classic potato chips, which serve as both traditional and irreverent textural foils for the roe. Polanco Siberian Reserve is farm-raised sturgeon caviar with clean, briny bead structure and a finish that holds up to direct pairing with Prosecco's fruit and mousse. The 187ml Prosecco format is standard Glera from Italy's Veneto, tank-fermented in the Charmat method to preserve primary aromatics and light perlage — enough acidity to cut the fat of the ham and enough sweetness to temper the iodine edge of the caviar. Ibérico ham is Spanish acorn-finished pork, cured to amplify umami and marbling; here it plays the role of savory bridge between the potato chip's salt and the caviar's minerality.
