Crafted by fourth-generation aguardientero Marcos López, this spirit is produced using fresh-pressed cane juice and distilled in a traditional five-plate continuous still made of stainless steel and copper. Marcos, a true renaissance farmer, also cultivates coffee, limes, and citrus honey alongside his sugarcane — continuing a family legacy passed down from his grandfather and father. This expression captures the pure, distinctive character of one of Veracruz’s most prized local cane varieties.
