Alambique Serrano — Alambique de Cobre (2nd Edition)
Price TBD · Arriving soon
Pot-still rum from Los Hermanos Krassel in Santa María Tlalixtac, Oaxaca. Fresh-pressed Java-varietal cane juice fermented in pine tanks with ambient yeast, then double-distilled in 250-liter copper alembic stills that output only ~5 liters per hour — significantly slower than the family's Krassel Still. The extra time and effort pays off in the glass: lactic, funky, and long on the palate. Second edition of the Alambique de Cobre series. Imported by PM Spirits. Drop your email and we'll let you know when it lands.
Pickup at 1128 W Armitage Ave, Chicago · local delivery via DoorDash.
