The Vieilles Vignes cuvée, the estate's signature wine, represents the heart of its production. Only grapes from vines 40 years old and older are used in the final blend. The wine has a dark and intense color, with a nose typically mentholated and slightly peppery, offering notes of black fruit. The palate is powerful, with volume and richness. The finish is long, with velvety tannins. 80% Tannat 20% Cabernet Franc
