Saints Hills Dalmatia Black

The SAINT HILLS winery is a family boutique winery with a foundation in the respect for the land and clean, traditional practices. Grown on the southern slopes of Dingač facing the sea, the vineyards are small and hand harvested. Dalmatian Black is 100% Plavac Mali- the most significant and the most planted indigenous Croatian red variety. Notes of sweet tobacco, black cherry, plum and vanilla envelope the glass and open themselves on the palate. Lighter in body, but pronounced in fruit and spice, this is a delicately structured wine that can even take a touch of chill. A red that’s great for warmer weather.
