Fully mature 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested at the peak of its natural sweetness, slow-roasted in traditional stone ovens until the raw, fibrous heart transforms into something rich, caramelized, and alive. Fermented with pure highland water, distilled with intention, and then handed over to oak to finish what the agave started. Rested in carefully selected barrels, the spirit settles into itself over time. The agave's bright, peppery character softens into layers of warm vanilla, toasted oak, honey, and baking spice, without ever losing the highland soul beneath it all. It is tequila that has lived a little. That has learned patience.
