Why we carry them

Wolf Point Distillery is named for the bend in the Chicago River where the North, South, and Main branches collide — the literal corner where the city was founded in 1828. We carry them because they're a serious craft distillery operating in our zip code, doing the slow, patient work most "Chicago whiskey" labels avoid: actually distilling here, actually aging here, actually putting something distinctive in every bottle. Four bottles in our range right now, and every one of them has personality.

The four bottles

  • Small Batch Bourbon — the everyday Wolf Point bottle. Weekday-friendly proof, Old Fashioned-ready, sips clean neat.
  • Single Barrel Bourbon — barrel-strength, one cask at a time. The personality bottle: each barrel pick is its own argument.
  • Florence Field Gin — Chicago-distilled gin built around Midwest botanicals. Not the standard London Dry — herbal, prairie-scented, a bottle that tastes like its zip code.
  • Everleigh Botanical-Infused Vodka — named, knowingly or otherwise, after the most-famous bordello in Chicago history (the Everleigh Club, 1900-1911, two blocks from the Levee). The bottle takes the wink seriously: vodka with botanical infusion that drinks like an aperitivo, not a college-bar rail.

A Chicago whiskey worth defending

There's a lot of "Chicago whiskey" on shelves nationally that's actually MGP-sourced rebottled rye dressed up in a Chicago-flavored label. Wolf Point isn't that. They distill, they age, they bottle — the whole chain happens here. If you want to give someone a real Chicago bottle as a gift, this is one of the few we vouch for without an asterisk. The Single Barrel especially is a conversation piece: every cask drinks differently, and the labels print the barrel number so you can taste-and-compare across visits.
