A standout value from the high-elevation, organically farmed vineyards of Almansa, where rocky limestone soils at 1,200 meters and cool mountain microclimates do the heavy lifting. This is the entry-level bottling from a serious estate — winemaker José Ángel Martínez (of Envínate fame) working alongside legendary Bierzo oenologist Raúl Pérez. A blend built on Garnacha Tintorera with Garnacha and Syrah, aged a few months in oak. Expect fresh, juicy red fruit — cherry and plum — with violet, a little chalky minerality, soft spice, and well-knit tannins on a medium-bodied frame. Drinks clean and vibrant. Pretty much made for grilled sausages, duck confit, or aged cheese.
