Cascahuin Anejo
$100.00 · Sold out
The Añejo spends 14–16 months in used American oak, which gives it a natural amber color and rounds off the edges without burying the agave. You get raisin and roasted nuts on the nose, a little almond and peach, then sweet cooked agave and gentle oak on the palate with a silky finish and just enough dryness from the barrel to keep it interesting. Sip it neat and pay attention — there's a lot going on for the price. If you've been drinking celebrity-brand añejos and wondering what the fuss is about, start here. 44% ABV · 750ml
Pickup at 1128 W Armitage Ave, Chicago · local delivery via DoorDash · nationwide shipping.
