This sparkling rosé is a bright, playful, and impeccably crafted expression of 100% organically grown Pinot Noir from Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley. Planet Oregon Sparkling Rosé 2021 opens with a vibrant bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry, citrus zest, and delicate floral notes. The palate is lively and refreshing, with fine, persistent bubbles, balanced acidity, and flavors of strawberry, rhubarb, and cherry that culminate in a crisp, clean finish. At just 3 g/L residual sugar, it’s charming, approachable, and delightfully quaffable—fun fact: this entire bottle contains less sugar than a single White Claw! Beyond the glass, Planet Oregon reflects Soter’s commitment to sustainable, responsible viticulture.
