Hand-picked at night off 30-year-old vines, with a touch of carbonic fermentation that keeps things bright. Expect dark cherry and raspberry up front, layered with dried fig, violet, and a whisper of tobacco. Tannins are classic Tempranillo — rustic but balanced.
