The spiritual successor to 'Melaza con Muck,' this three-barrel blend consists of Pot Still Rum that has just a touch — 'un toquecito' — of age. Two barrels were aged two years in ex-bourbon casks and then rested an additional months in open-top demijohns; the third barrel was a Pot Still Rum distilled with young muck that spent five months in an American oak ex-rum cask. Distilled by Pedro Andrés & Jorge Nájera of Satvrnal in Zapopan, Jalisco.
