Träkál is a new type of spirit crafted to honor Patagonia. To achieve this, we took the distillery to the ingredients. Everything that goes into our spirit is found within 100 square kilometers of our water source- an underground river that naturally filters the water through layers of volcanic rock. Patagonian apple and pear varietals make our base spirit. To create our distinct flavor profile, we then infuse four native berries and the essential oils from seven native herbs- all of which are wild-grown and hand-picked by locals. The result is something we can only call Träkál- a versatile spirit that is both sweet and herbaceous. Hints of warm apples and pears, berries, and wild mint make it enjoyable neat, on the rocks, or with soda/tonic and an orange wedge. It's also a great substitute in any classic cocktail, or you can choose to make your own path and create an original.
