Vigneti Prosecco

Vigneti Prosecco is a classic, everyday-style Italian Prosecco made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. Made in the Charmat (tank) method traditional to Prosecco, the wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks rather than in bottle, preserving the fresh, primary fruit character and light, delicate bubbles the style is known for. In the glass, expect a pale straw-yellow color with fine, persistent perlage. The nose leads with green apple, ripe pear, and white peach, often accented with soft floral notes of acacia or honeysuckle. On the palate it's crisp and light-bodied, with bright acidity, a touch of natural sweetness (typically in the Extra Dry style), and a clean, refreshing finish. It's an approachable, food-friendly sparkling wine best suited for casual sipping, aperitivo hour, brunch, or as a base for spritzes and other Prosecco cocktails. Pairs naturally with shellfish, cured meats, light appetizers, and fresh fruit. Serve well-chilled, around 40-45°F, and enjoy young, as Prosecco is made to be consumed within a year or two of release rather than cellared.
