Unaged, so what you taste is the raw Highlands agave — bright citrus, cooked pineapple, black pepper, and the mineral fade typical of NOM 1414. Distilled at Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados (NOM 1414) in the Southern Highlands of Jalisco. 100% Tequilana Weber blue agave, stone/brick oven cooking, deep-well water, open-air fermentation with fibers using champagne yeast, twice distilled in copper pot stills. Every Lost Lore bottle is independently certified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker — no caramel coloring, no glycerin, no oak extract, no sugar-based sweeteners.
